Competition Law

Competition law is one of the fundamental components of our legal and economic system. It lays down the rules of the market and thus defines how competition in a market economy is to be conducted. In practice, competition law issues often concern the degradation/disparagement of competitors, misleading or aggressive business activities (especially unfair advertising), product imitations, employee poaching, and the violation of business secrets.
