Notary Public

The notarial deed – with letter and seal – is the epitome of legal security. The trust placed in it has one origin: the diligence of the Notary Public.

Several of our partners hold this public office. As notaries they provide you with impartial advice in complicated and momentous legal matters such as the drafting of real estate and property purchase agreements, company and business contracts, wills, or matrimonial and family law matters. They notarise and certify contracts and other agreements, declarations, and other documents.

Neutral, precise & meticulous

Unlike lawyers, notaries are not representatives of a party but, similar to judges, completely independent and impartial guardians of all parties involved. They are subject only to the law and are bound to secrecy about all matters entrusted to them. Maintaining impartiality and confidentiality is both a claim and an obligation for our notaries.

Together with our notary clerks, our notaries accompany you from the drafting of your contract up to its complete execution with the courts and authorities. In the process they exercise preventive legal control and draw up deeds that have binding probative force towards courts and authorities and may be directly enforceable. The preventive examination is intended to protect parties who are less familiar with the law from legal disadvantages and to ensure there is legal certainty and certainty of evidence for the purpose of avoiding disputes at a later date.
