4. Dispute Resolution
LOYFORT Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH & Co. KG is not prepared to participate in a dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board.

5. Professional indemnity insurance
Lawyers are required to maintain professional liability insurance in accordance with § 51 of the Federal Lawyers’ Act, notaries in accordance with § 19a of the Federal Notaries’ Act and tax consultants in accordance with § 42 of the Professional Code of Conduct for Tax Consultants. Our professional liability insurance exists worldwide through HDI-Gerling Firmen und Privat Versicherung AG, Riethorst 2, 30659 Hannover, Germany, but does not cover liability claims asserted before U.S. courts on the basis of non-German liability law.
