Renewable energy law encompasses the public law regulations governing the development and use of renewable energies, such as energy law, licensing law, environmental law, and spatial planning law. The civil law aspects include contract and property law as well as liability regulations for private relationships and contracts in connection with renewable energy projects, with due regard being paid to company purchase and project purchase agreements, but also plant purchase agreements, installation agreements and financing agreements.
